Synchronizing message center with Microsoft Planner

Every day there are minor or major changes within Microsoft 365. Recently, there is the ability to get all new messages/announcements into a Planner and distribute them to involved parties.

Create a Microsoft Team

Create a new Team through this blog.

Create a new planner list

Create a new scheduler task list to display messages from the message center.

Create a new planner, or use an existing one.

Navigate to the message center

Browse To the administrator panel of Microsoft 365: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/MessageCenter

Press planner synhronize

Select Set up Synchronization

Select the desired scheduler

Select which updates you want to see, you can record everything and distribute it later to the appropriate people.

Press complete!

Thanks to this capability, you have the flexibility to better track new announcements. Or delegate to the team responsible for changes within your organization.

Integrate channel scheduler with Microsoft Team

Since January 2020, it has been possible to activate Microsoft Teams channel scheduler.
