How to change storage space for one OneDrive For Business user?

To change ODFB storage for a single user in Microsoft 365, you used to have to PowerShell use. After a recent update in the user management panel in Microsoft 365 Admin Center , this setting can be changed in an easier way. You can read all about it in this blog post!

Browse to the admin panel

https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal
Press the user whose storage limit you want to adjust for
Then press OneDrive

Adjust the limit via OneDrive, on the right. In this example, to 20GB.
Press save.

the size of storage that this user can use from now on is 20GB.
