Copy the e-mail address of your channel using this procedure.


Create an internal e-mail rule for fowarding. Browsefor this purpose to: https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/rules
Enter a name: Forward to Microsoft Teams
Add a condition: If the sender address contains the e-mail address of your organisation. In this case @365tips.be
then forward the e-mail message to: The address of team channel.

You may be able to remove this rule after a few months. If your entire organisation has switched to Microsoft Teams.
