Synchronising message centre with Microsoft Planner
Every day there are small or large changes within Microsoft 365. Recently, it has become possible to get all new messages/announcements into a Planner and distribute them to the parties concerned.
Create a Microsoft Team
Create a new Team via this blog.
Create a new planner list
Create a new planner task list to display the messages from the message centre.
Create a new planner or use an existing one.
Navigate to the message centre
Browseto the administrator panel of Microsoft 365: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/MessageCenter
Synchronising pressure on planners
Select Set up synchronisation
Select the desired planner
Select which updates you want to see, you can record everything and distribute it to the right people later.

Thanks to this possibility, you have the flexibility to better follow up on new announcements. Or to delegate to the team responsible for the changes within your organisation.
