Synchronizing message center with Microsoft Planner
Every day there are minor or major changes within Microsoft 365. Recently, there is the ability to get all new messages/announcements into a Planner and distribute them to involved parties.
Create a Microsoft Team
Create a new Team through this blog.
Create a new planner list
Create a new scheduler task list to display messages from the message center.
Create a new planner, or use an existing one.
Navigate to the message center
Browse To the administrator panel of Microsoft 365: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/MessageCenter
Press planner synhronize
Select Set up Synchronization
Select the desired scheduler
Select which updates you want to see, you can record everything and distribute it later to the appropriate people.
Press complete!
