How do you lock a confidential Microsoft Teams meeting?
You will remember the journalist who took part in the secret EU meeting at the end of 2020. What a blunder! It is best not to leave meetings open if you want to discuss highly confidential matters.
Microsoft is launching a new feature starting in May 2021 that allows you to close the meeting. This will allow a select group of people to hold a meeting without additional participants being able to sneak in. Handy, right?
If you don't want meetings to be forwarded, you can always use this blog.
