How to save a Microsoft Word document as a PDF?

Open Microsoft Word 2016 or 2019

In the Ribbon, click the File tab and select -> Save As.
Click Browse and go to the folder in which you want to save the file.
Behind 'File name' type the name you want to give the file.
Behind 'Save As', click the down arrow and click PDF.
Click Save.
